Had 4 tyres fitted here bought through blackcircles. At the same time had the tracking adjusted. The car doesnt get much use as i also have a van. After a few weeks I noticed a slight knock from the nearside front wheel. This got progressively worse as time went on. The car was due a service so I asked them to check out the knock. The problem was the track rod end was loose with a 10 mm gap between the locking nut and the track rod end. Evidently not tightened correctly.Update. A1 tyres apologised for the error and even 9 months later offered me a free tracking check. Cannot fault their response.

Went in yesterday with a big nail in my tyre. Could not be repaired but they had the exact tyre in stock. Terrific response from reception and technicians - even made me a cup of coffee!. Will not hesitate to recommend them.
Went for air conditioning recharge, car checked told I may have a leak but went ahead. All good nice and cool and 55 cheaper than the company 1 mile up the road. Have already told a friend who is heading their way on Tuesday.
