So far they have given a great service from family planning through to seeing to the kids when they were sick. My own medication was misunderstood after the notes from my previous practice so they put me in contact with the practice pharmacist that sorted it all out, many thanks.
Ignorant arrogant receptionists who think that they are medically trained. I have tried to move surgeries but I would need to move to a new area which Is not viable.They say zero tolerance against staff but that does not apply to them. I'm so unhappy with them.
